LOCAL AREA OUTLOOK----SATURDAY to TUESDAY
Pressure will be low to the N. of Scotland, with high pressure well out in Mid-Atlantic. This will give generally unsettled weather over Scotland, with winds generally from the west & a mixture of sunny intervals, but also more cloudy spells with showers & perhaps some longer spells of rain. Temperatures will be about 3 degrees lower than average throughout this period & it will be a case of sunny intervals, as opposed to any more prolonged spells of sunshine.Wind strengths will be mostly in the range force 3 to 4.
So still no real summer!
