LOCAL AREA OUTLOOK---27th to 30th
Pressure will remain low to the north of Scotland, allowing rather changeable conditions with winds from a W quarter giving spells of broken cloud, a little sunshine, but also some more cloudy, showery conditions & daytime temperatures around 2 to 4 degrees below average. Most of the showers will be concentrated during the afternoon & evening & a few could be heavy. Little if any improvement for the start of August!.
Not as pleasant as yesterday, when we had liberal amounts of sunshine & temperatures up to 22 degrees. Today is likely to see more cloud, temperatures will be 4 or 5 degrees lower & there is even a chance of a little light rain at times this afternoon, though amounts should be very small.
