LOCAL AREA OUTLOOK----WED.11th to SAT. 14th JULY
Tuesday's rain threatens to spill over into Wednesday, though some improvement is likely later in the day. Thursday promises to be one of the better days, with sunny spells. England is lined up for another soaking on Friday, though it looks at present that Scotland may stay to the north of the rain area, with just a rather cloudy but dry day. The start of the weekend looks likely to see fresher NW winds & sunny intervals & showers. Daytime temperatures will be some 5 degrees down on the average, though Thursday should be less so.
