A WARM WELCOME TO PITLOCHRY WEATHER!

TODAY'S FORECAST FOR PITLOCHRY----Feeling"tropical" out there & prospects good this week for those who hate frost & snow.  The day should be mainly dry, though rather cloudy, with the thermometer spending the day between 9 & 12 degrees. Winds will be S/SW 2 to 3.  The overnight period should be rather cloudy, but essentially dry, with lowest temperatures down to 7.
A reminder that normal temperatures at this time of year are MAX 5.7, MIN -0.3.

FURTHER OUTLOOK
TUESDAY---Mainly cloudy & perhaps overcast on occasions. Some light & patchy rain may occasionally manage to get over the mountains from the west, but amounts very small.  Overnight temperatures should be similar to those of the daytime. Winds will be a little fresher in strength S to SW 4.
WEDNESDAY---Rather cloudy again, though perhaps brighter & staying dry. Temperatures should again be close to double figures, though some rather drier air with cloud breaks moving off the continent, may result in a cooler night, though frost unlikely. Winds S 3
THURSDAY---May well feel somewhat less mild, but the morning at least, should be dry & perhaps brighter. There is a possibility of some patchy light rain p.m.
