A WARM WELCOME TO PITLOCHRY WEATHER!
THE ONLY ONLINE WEATHER SERVICE WHERE THE OBSERVER LIVES & RECORDS IN PITLOCHRY, USING PREVIOUS MET OFFICE CLIMATE STATION EXPERIENCE. FORECASTING IS BASED ON MET OFFICE & BBC MATERIAL, WHICH IS THEN TAILORED FOR THE PITLOCHRY AREA, USING LOCAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE.  FURTHER OUTLOOK----We're back into sub-tropical maritime air for a few days, so no frost or snow problems. However, cloudy skies are likely to predominate with sunshine at a premium. Rainfall amounts higher to the west.

MONDAY--Cloudy, though mostly dry. Winds SW 3/4, max.temp.10, min 7.
TUESDAY--Mainly cloudy & mostly dry, but with some light rain likely during the evening & overnight.
                 Max.temp.10, min 7. Wind SSW4.
WEDNESDAY--Mostly dry, though cloudy. Perhaps some brightness. Still mild at 10, though with some overnight cloud breaks, min. temp. down to ground frost levels.

TODAY'S FORECAST FOR PITLOCHRY
A cloudy but much milder day, with temperatures having risen significantly overnight. There will be rain at times--(much more further west)--but lighter & more patchy around Pitlochry, with perhaps one or two dry spells. Temperatures just about at their highest now, so much of the day some 4 or 5 degrees above the long-term average. Not much fall in overnight temperatures. Winds mostly W to SW 2/3.
