FURTHER OUTLOOK----We're back into sub-tropical maritime air for a few days, so no frost or snow problems. However, cloudy skies are likely to predominate with sunshine at a premium. Rainfall amounts higher to the west.

A cloudy but much milder day, with temperatures having risen significantly overnight. There will be rain at times--(much more further west)--but lighter & more patchy around Pitlochry, with perhaps one or two dry spells. Temperatures just about at their highest now, so much of the day some 4 or 5 degrees above the long-term average. Not much fall in overnight temperatures. Winds mostly W to SW 2/3.
