LOCAL AREA OUTLOOK-----MONDAY to THURSDAY
There should be 3 more dry days after today, as high pressure protects Scotland from fronts further SW. There are likely to be variable amounts of cloud, with at least some sunny intervals from time to time. Winds will be generally light, mostly from a W. quarter, with temperatures up to around 11 by day. Overnight both Monday & Tuesday, further frosts are likely, at least on the ground
THURSDAY will probably see something of a change, as high pressure pulls away & fronts introduce cloud & some occasional rain, though at least both WED. & THURS. nights should be milder.
