LOCAL AREA OUTLOOK---TUESDAY to FRIDAY
High pressure over Scandinavia will dominate the weather until Thursday, thereafter, high pressure shifts to S. of Iceland, letting in a very cold N. air stream
TUESDAY to THURSDAY will see cloudy, if not overcast conditions, with little if any sunshine, though likewise with regard to rainfall. Winds will continue light, with best temperatures in high single figures. By THURSDAY night, winds will begin to pick up from the N. as colder air of Arctic origin, begins to invade.FRIDAY should be brighter, but very cold, with a keen wind.
