WEDNESDAY 13th JULY

HEADLINES @ 0830Hrs
There's been the odd frost pocket in the Northern Highlands, but much milder here. Dry over the vast majority of Scotland this morning, with one of the week's better days in prospect. Mind you!--the grass is soaking wet, so best to leave lawn-mowing for an hour or two.

PITLOCHRY TODAY
Probably completely dry today, with broken cloud & some sunshine at times. With light breezes, it is likely to feel warm in the sunnier spells. Maximum temperature reaching 19 degrees.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Dry. Some sunshine during the evening & clear spells overnight. A chillier night than for some time, with minimum temperatures down to about 4 degrees.

OUTLOOK
Much of THURSDAY should be dry with some sunshine & feeling warm with maximum temperatures up to about 20.
FRIDAY & THE WEEKEND will be more unsettled again.
