Pressure is high over Biscay & low between Greenland & Iceland, with a resulting mild SW airflow. There are some weak fronts to cross Britain, giving small amounts of rain, but in general, conditions are benign.

SUNDAY

Generally cloudy, but although dry for a time this morning, rain is likely to affect the Pitlochry area for much of the p.m. period. Amounts of rain will probably not exceed 2 mms, so will generally be light & patchy, though the cloud base is likely to become low, giving overcast conditions. Winds will be moderate from the SW & maximum temperatures should reach around 6 or 7.
It will remain mainly cloudy after dark with some occasional, mainly light rain, as well as some dry periods. Minimum temperature around 4.

MONDAY
A mainly dry day with some spells of sunshine. Winds W. moderate or fresh & maximum temperature around 5 or 6.
