It will, however,remain cold, with top temperatures no better than 2 degrees, with light to moderate NW winds. AFTER DARK, it will soon turn very frosty & it should be dry & clear. Later in the night, it will begin to cloud up from the W, heralding another belt of snow, though by Thursday morning, this may be turning sleety on lower ground.
