TODAY'S FORECAST FOR PITLOCHRY
A dry, very cold day ahead. The NW breeze has kept minimum temperatures up & prevented mist & fog from forming. There should be some decent spells of sunshine for much of the day & especially this morning. Despite this, highest temperatures are likely to be pegged at around +2 degrees.   AFTER DARK, cloud is set to increase from the W-- bringing a spell of sleet or snow for a few hours. There may well be a couple of cms of snow accumulating, though slightly milder air towards dawn could then see any snow turning to rain & lying snow turn slushy.
