A WARM WELCOME TO PITLOCHRY WEATHER!
THE ONLY ONLINE WEATHER SERVICE WHERE THE OBSERVER LIVES & RECORDS IN PITLOCHRY, USING PREVIOUS MET OFFICE CLIMATE STATION EXPERIENCE. FORECASTING IS BASED ON MET OFFICE & BBC MATERIAL, WHICH IS THEN TAILORED FOR THE PITLOCHRY AREA, USING LOCAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE.   Since the 17th of October, the rainfall total has risen from 32.3mms to 75.8mms by this morning.

A very mild day, when the most-favoured spots in Scotland (eg--southern shores of Moray Firth) may reach at least 17. Pitlochry may reach close on 15. After some early low cloud & a little light rain,  it should become mainly dry, if staying rather cloudy, with a few sunny intervals possible. Winds will be S or SE force 2. A spell of rain may clip our area for a time overnight. It will be mild.

WEDNESDAY---The morning may well see a spell of rain, but by afternoon, it should be dry & bright at times. It will become windy during the afternoon from W or SW. Probably not just as mild as today.

THURSDAY---Dry & bright with some sunny intervals. It will feel somewhat cooler than of late & the overnight period may see temperatures close to ground frost levels.
