LOCAL AREA OUTLOOK

WEEKEND---Generally dry, but less sunshine likely than today, as NE winds import some cloud off the North Sea.( NW Scotland should end up with the best of the sunshine ). Winds generally from the NE, force 3 & still feeling rather cold, with 11 or 12 degrees at best.
