OUTLOOK FOR THE LOCAL AREA---MON 4th to THURSDAY 7th JUNE
There will be a tendency for the weather to become more unsettled during this period, as a ridge of high pressure over Scotland is replaced by low pressure.
Daytime temperatures throughout the period will remain below normal, in a range from 13 to 15 degrees, though only on Monday, is the day likely to dawn with a ground frost.
Monday is likely to be the best day of the bunch, dry with some sunny intervals, with reasonable prospects for viewing the beacon on Ben Vrackie. Overnight Tuesday & during Wednesday & Thursday, it is likely to be more cloudy, with some showers or longer spells of rain.
