LOCAL AREA OUTLOOK

With low pressure more or less over Britain for the next few days, the outlook is not encouraging, though we may just get away with a dry Friday (rain not too far away to the south, however.)  Winds will turn into the NE, temperatures will be below normal & there are likely to be showers or even longer spells of rain, though also a few brighter spells with sunny intervals.
