After a nippy start, the morning should see a fair amount of sunshine with just patchy cumulus cloud. The wind, however, initially light, is expected to increase up to force 4 or 5 later on. There is a risk of a few showers around as cloud tends to increase & build during the afternoon. Temperatures will struggle to a high of only around 13 degrees. TONIGHT will be largely dry with some clear spells & minimum temperatures well down into single figures.

LOCAL AREA OUTLOOK----WEDNESDAY to SATURDAY
Pressure is currently low between Iceland & Norway, but by Saturday, high pressure will have built over Southern Britain. Wednesday should see plenty of sunshine, though perhaps cloudy early on. Thursday & Friday will be rather more cloudy, while at this stage, Saturday is looking dry, with some sunny intervals. The entire period is likely to have fresh winds from a westerly quarter, with daytime temperatures no better than 15.Only small amounts of rain are expected. Nights should have temperatures in double figures after tonight.
