LOCAL AREA OUTLOOK---TUESDAY to FRIDAY
Pressure is low near Iceland, with all of Britain becoming under its influence & being affected by occasional fronts in its circulation. There will still be reasonable amounts of dry weather with most of any rain being generally light & either in the form of showers or quickly- passing rain belts. However, it will generally feel more autumnal, with winds sometimes up to force 4 to 6, always from a W.quarter, while daytime temperatures will be in the 13 to 15 range so feeling especially cool on windy days..Frost is very unlikely, due to cloud & wind. Some of the highest mountains in the Cairngorms may see a little snow! However, there should be some bright, sunny weather, especially Tuesday & Wednesday.
