The afternoon & evening are more at risk from heavier showers, but as usual, in showery conditions, it's a case of hit & miss. Some spots are likely to receive a downpour, while others nearby, get little or no rain. Winds will be mainly from the E force 2 or 3 & maximum temperatures will peak at about 9, this about 3 degrees below average.

YESTERDAY IN PITLOCHRYSome wet snow for a time at first. The afternoon saw a few sunny intervals, though it was fairly cloudy overall. There were some heavy showers around, especially further south in the early evening, but Pitlochry largely escaped. Our heaviest shower was one around 2230. Rather cool yet again.
