A pleasant, but nippy start to the day. A good example,at present, of high, wispy cirrus cloud. Much of today should be dry & bright with some sunshine, but it seems likely that there will again be a build-up of cloud during the afternoon, perhaps with an odd shower, probably only light. TONIGHT---clear spells & the risk of a minimum of -3.
