A much better day! Earlier this morning, it was cloudless & close to freezing. Already, at 0830, cloud has built up somewhat & temperatures are up to 6 degrees. So a mainly dry day (just a small risk of a light passing shower), with broken cloud & some sunny intervals. Temperatures up on previous days, though still below the normal at 11.Winds light from the NE. TONIGHT should be dry with some clear spells & temperatures close to freezing, with a ground frost.

Pressure will be high to the N & low the S & SE. This period should remain dry, with some spells of sunshine. After a cold night on Saturday, it should become somewhat warmer, with temperatures in the high teens by Wednesday afternoon. Winds will be mainly from the SE force 2 or 3.Some mornings may start with low cloud from off the North Sea. In the further outlook, high pressure should intensify further, holding out a continuation of settled conditions.
