YESTERDAY IN PITLOCHRYSunday was mostly cloudy throughout. During the morning, the rain was just spits & spots, but as the afternoon progressed, it became heavier & more persistent, though not in the same league as further west. With some cloud breaks in the evening, came stronger winds, with gusts near to gale force.
THE GENERAL WEATHER PATTERN AROUND THE BRITISH ISLES
A deep depression off Northern Norway is moving away & high pressure will nudge in from the west. However, the outlook is still for cool & changeable conditions.
