YESTERDAY IN PITLOCHRYWednesday was dry for much of the time, but there were a few light showers (one with a little hail about 1030).There were some sunny intervals & sheltered from the NW wind, it was temporarily pleasannt.
THE GENERAL WEATHER PATTERN AROUND THE BRITISH ISLES
Very much a mixed bag, with a slow-moving front giving much of Scotland rather persistent, though light rain. This will take much of tomorrow before the light & by then, patchy rain eventually clears.
After that, a ridge of high pressure promises a few days of brighter, dry weather, with E winds, pleasant enough out of the breeze & in the sunshine.
