With a mere 34mms of rain falling during the current wet spell(5 days) & the running total of rainfall during November to date at only 63% of the long term average for the whole month, Pitlochry can count itself rather fortunate compared with many other places.(both locally & further afield)
The Tummel today was on the high side, but it's said that only when the rock (as viewed from the foot bridge) is totally covered, is it time to start worrying!!??
The outllook threatens further rain, so keep watching!
