LOCAL AREA OUTLOOK----SUNDAY to WEDNESDAY
Low pressure will move from W of Scotland to the English Channel over the weekend. At the start of next week, pressure will build from the SW, leaving us in a fresher NW airflow.
Despite the proximity of low pressure, overall, the next few days should see a fair amount of dry weather, with only a small rainfall total. There will be some sunshine during the period (probably Sunday the best day), but some days will be more generally cloudy (possibly Tuesday the worst for this). It should become milder during Tuesday & Wednesday, but also windier from the W or NW.  Frosts should be confined to the early part of this period, when the daytimes will also feel cold.
