A slight frost to start,  with misty conditions generally. The mist may be slow to clear, but when it does so, skies will be partly cloudy, though it should stay dry during daylight hours, perhaps with a few sunny intervals.    There may be a few showers in a more cloudy band passing through this evening,but thereafter, misty conditions may well return with a slight frost before dawn. A cold day, though winds should be light.

TUESDAY---A slight frost at first, together with some mist, though most of daylight hours should stay dry & cold, again with light winds.  A spell of sleet is expected during the evening, bringing a gradual rise in temperature, with the SE wind increasing.

WEDNESDAY---Less cold, though misty & overcast, with some occasional rain or drizzle. Frost unlikely on Thursday morning.
