Quite a cold few days coming up,with the thermometer spending much of the time between -2 & +2

A dry, cold & partly cloudy day, with a few sunny intervals. There will be frost both early & by dawn tomorrow.   Later in the day, cloud is expected to thicken & lower, giving a spell of rain or drizzle for a few hours during the evening & night. ( This could even fall as wet snow for a time at first).  Winds mainly E or SE force 2 & temperatures ranging from -2 at first today, up to +2 at best.

LOCAL AREA OUTLOOK
MONDAY----A slight frost both early & by dawn tomorrow. Dry for much of the day, perhaps a few sunny intervals, but a further spell of rain is expected through the evening, before some fog & frost start to develop overnight. Again, temperatures spending a lot of the time within a degree or so of +1.
TUESDAY---Mainly dry, rather cloudy & cold, with patches of mist & fog very likely. Temperatures again moving little from about +1. There may be a little sleet or snow overnight.
