LOCAL AREA FORECAST---THURSDAY to SUNDAY
High pressure has now become established over Britain, but, locally, there may still be cloudy periods & daytime temperature are not expected to exceed 21 or 22 degrees at best. Nevertheless, the weather from now 'till Sunday could at least be described as "promising" by this summer's standards. Unfortunately, it's back to more changeable conditions by the end of Monday!
It should be a largely dry day, though rather cloudy, especially this morning. There should be some brighter skies during the afternoon & evening. Winds will be light from the SE & highest temperatures should reach a near-normal 18 to 19 degrees.The night will be dry with some clear spells & temperatures down to 6 or 7.
