THURSDAY 23rd---EVENING

UPDATE @ 1900Hrs
Much of the day has been dry, with some cloudy periods, but also spells with broken cloud & sunny intervals. There was just 1 significant shower at this site which lasted only for a few minutes around 1430Hrs producing 1.3mms of rain. The maximum temperature reached 17.0 degrees.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
All existing showers over Scotland are well to the north or east of Pitlochry. Much of the evening & night should see largely clear skies & it will turn quite cool for late June. Most places should have a minimum temperature in the 5 to 7 range, but it is possible that a few prone spots could fall close to ground frost levels around or soon after dawn.

OUTLOOK
FRIDAY should see broken cloud & sunny spells & probably stay dry. There is just the chance of a shower. Temperatures should reach similar values to today's near 16 or 17 degrees.
THE WEEKEND will be changeable, with some rain, especially during the mornings. Both days should see improving weather during the afternoons & it will tend to get a little warmer.
