SATURDAY 4th JUNE

HEADLINES @ 0815Hrs
 The maximum temperature of 26.5 yesterday was higher than expected, making it the hottest day in Pitlochry since JUNE 1st 2009 (when the thermometer touched 26.9 ). I was in cooler parts on the west coast, where it was rather more cloudy!
THIS EVENING'S REPORT WILL BE DELAYED.

PITLOCHRY TODAY
Generally cloudy & considerably cooler than yesterday. Dry, however, for much of the time, just a few spits & spots possible on occasions. Highest temperature around 15 degrees ( more than 10 down on yesterday )

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Continuing mainly cloudy, but apart from the odd light shower, predominantly dry. A rather cool night at around 6 degrees.

OUTLOOK.
SUNDAY is expected to be rather cloudy & cool, with a few showers around, especially later in the day.
MONDAY should be mainly dry, but it's looking unsettled thereafter. Temperatures below normal.
