Winter appears to be back, with a heavy snow shower falling & settling within 15 mins of making today's observations!  I'm sure there will be more to follow & I expect to have the  " snow pusher" out by tomorrow morning (no sexist thoughts,please!)
Despite these events, I wouldn't want readers thinking that global warming has gone on hold. Temperatures are really not too far below normal although the wind may make it feel so on occasions.
