A WARM WELCOME TO PITLOCHRY WEATHER!

The strongest influence over the weather over the next few days, is very much Atlantic low pressure, with the "highs" over the Mediterranean & Black Seas.

It will be rather cloudy to begin with, but we should see something of the sun later. However, its appearance is likely to be punctuated by more cloudy periods, with scattered showers, more than likely being heavy & thundery, particularly from mid-afternoon to mid-evening. Winds today will be rather slack & variable, with still a warm & humid feel to the day. Top temperatures should reach 20 or 21. TONIGHT should become dry & it will remain very mild once again.

The weekend still promises to be something of a mixed bag, with Saturday likely to be the better, with fewer showers & higher temperatures. Some sharp showers are likely around the region on both days, though Sunday may see rather more of them.
