LOCAL AREA OUTLOOK    THURSDAY may see some rain early, but much of the day should be a mix of dry, bright spells & a few showers. There will be a fresh W breeze, with temperatures close to 10 as a maximum.  FRIDAY should be dry with sunny spells, with a promising start to the WEEKEND.
