LOCAL AREA OUTLOOK   (Thurs to Sun)   Generally a cloudy, unsettled period, with perhaps Friday & part of Saturday the driest & brightest time.  Starting off on the cold side, but the trend is towards less cold conditions, as milder air attempts to encroach from the S.W. Rather more in the way of rainfall than we have been used to of late. Still some overnight frosts in the short term. Windy by Sunday.
