LOCAL AREA OUTLOOK MONDAY--Not just as mild as today, but a good deal of dry weather with strong sunshine at times. A few showers likely, carried along in a fresh S. to S.W. breeze. TUESDAY---In contrast, is likely to be overcast with spells of rain, under the influence of a new Atlantic low pressure system. Feeling rather cold.
