Overcast, with snow for much of the time, including this evening & tonight. At present the snow is light, but will become heavier for periods during the day. In the town itself, snow accumulations could be around 8cms, though with temperatures up to +1 or +2, it will soon turn slushy. Higher up in the town, above 150ms, snow will accumulate readily to depths of 10 to 15cms (adding to the 10 already lying) Here, temperatures may hover close to zero.. At higher elevations, it will be very windy, with drifting snow, below zero temperatures & further accumulations of 20cms. Winds will reach force 5 at low altitudes, with gales at higher elevations.
