It's expected to be a largely cloudy & unsettled day, with only a glimpse or two of sunshine during the afternoon.There may be a few spits of rain early on, but a heavier belt of rain along a front, is likely to affect the area late morning/early afternoon. Thereafter, its sunny intervals, but also some showers which could be heavy. Winds will be mainly from between E & S, force 3 to 5. Highest temperatures are likely to reach 9 degrees, probably feeling colder than this in the fresh wind.  TONIGHT will end up being colder than for some time, with perhaps a touch of ground frost. There may be the odd wintry shower later in the night, so a chance of a dusting of snow on the nearby hills.

YESTERDAY IN PITLOCHRYThere was a good deal of cloud, with just a temporary brightening up mid-morning. There were actually several showers not far away, mainly a few miles further east. Temperatures were down a little from what we experienced in late February.

Pressure is low over Greenland& high over Norway, with SE winds currently over Britain. Fronts are also featuring on today's chart, which means rain in the forecast.
TOMORROW'S FORECAST FOR PITLOCHRYA colder, but brighter day is expected, with highest temperatures no better than 7. There is a chance of some wintry showers around the area, which means sleet, hail or snow. Snow accumulations are only likely on the higher ground.
