Winds will be only force 1 or 2, with temperatures slow to rise to a maximum of only 2 or 3 degrees.   TONIGHT will be largely fine & clear, with a frost setting in by dusk. Perhaps more cloud & a slight breeze may arrest the fall in temperature later in the night, though -3 or -4 seems probable as a minimum.
