LOCAL AREA OUTLOOK
No signs of an end to winter at present. The air continuing to flow in from Arctic Northern Europe, with day-time temperatures at least 6 degrees below the average. Further snowfall at times, though probably only light accumulations. The entire Easter period threatens to remain in the cold continental air flow. Try the Outer Hebrides for more sunshine & higher temperatures! The near continent is at least as cold as we are.
