It's one of those glorious days of winter (far too few in number), with a cloudless sky, respectable afternoon temperature & lying snow confined to the highest ground. It can't last---it won't last---but it was nice while it did last.
FURTHER OUTLOOK----SKIES MORE CLOUDY, PERHAPS SHROUDING THE HILLS AT TIMES. WINDS FRESHENING TO GIVE A WIND CHILL FACTOR. FEELING COLD & SOMETIMES RAW. PERHAPS A FEW SNOW FLURRIES LATER, THOUGH AT PRESENT NO WIDESPREAD SNOW SEEMS LIKELY.
