In Tuesday's unbroken sunshine, SCHIEHALLION, in the distance,stands out above the local moorland.

High pressure does not always bring such glorious weather, but on this occasion, over much of Scotland, it's very much been a case of::---
HIGH PRESSURE-- PROLONGED SUNSHINE--LIGHT WINDS--FROSTY NIGHTS--MILD AFTERNOONS--LARGE DIURNAL TEMPERATURE RANGES

I think many of us would welcome more of this in our climate!!
