TODAY'S FORECAST FOR PITLOCHRY

One of April's cooler days yesterday was followed by the wettest night so far this month.  Nothing too brilliant to forecast for today, though for an hour or two around lunchtime & into the afternoon, there could well be brighter skies, some sunny intervals & temperatures up to 13.  That apart, the rest of the day holds out little better than misty low cloud, a chilly E wind & occasional rain, some of this associated with a front moving NE-wards. at least the night ahead promises to be well above frost levels.
OUTLOOK--continuing unsettled, becoming colder with a risk of some frost (gardeners & growers stay tuned for detail! )
