YESTERDAY IN PITLOCHRY
Apart from some morning mist patches, it was a day with generous amounts of sunshine & light winds.

THE GENERAL WEATHER PATTERN AROUND THE BRITISH ISLES
Pressure is high to the south & east of Britain & low over the Atlantic. Barometers have risen considerably over the last 48hrs. Fronts are struggling to advance into western districts from the Atlantic & a "battle ground" between cold air & mild air is set to be played out across the country.

TOMORROW'S FORECAST FOR PITLOCHRY
The morning will start with a frost, but it should be bright, with patchy high cloud & sunny spells. Cloud may increase somewhat later in the afternoon. Winds will become mainly E. to NE force 2 to 3, with maximum temperatures up to about 3 degrees.
