MONDAY
A light fall of snow with us again (The high water-content variety) It will be a cold day, with highest temperatures struggling to reach 2 or 3. It's essentially a sunny intervals & scattered showers recipe, with the showers falling as snow, with mainly light accumulations. Overnight, we will become under the influence of a very deep depression, aiming for NE Scotland. Barometers will fall quickly during the night, with a spell of snow reaching the area later. This may turn sleety by morning, but further snow is expected to be lying.
TUESDAY
GALES, ESPECIALLY A.M. with some early wet snow, sleet, then rain. Showers later, with winds easing somewhat.
