YESTERDAY IN PITLOCHRY
Cloudy for much of the time, as an air flow off the North Sea began to import moister, cloudy conditions. The positive side of this was that we avoided a frost last night. Light rain & drizzle here last evening & overnight, fell as snow over eastern parts of the Grampians

THE GENERAL WEATHER PATTERN AROUND THE BRITISH ISLES
A huge high of 1062mbs is situated over Northern Russia. Pressure is low over the Atlantic & Central Mediterranean. Fronts are queueing up in the Western Approaches, but are unable to advance further east.
TOMORROW'S FORECAST FOR PITLOCHRY

There is also a chance of a few light snow flurries, more especially on the hills to the east of Pitlochry, but no significant accumulations are expected.
