HEADLINES @ 0830Hrs
Weather charts continue to look very disturbed throughout this week & barometers at the moment are reading very low values. At present we are in the "eye" of this storm & it is calm, but winds will strengthen before long. The snow falling at present is showery in nature, so amounts are not expected to be significant, though a snow risk will continue for most of this week.
PITLOCHRY TODAY
A cold, windy day ahead, with the odd snow shower likely, especially this morning, as well as long dry periods, perhaps with some sunshine. Maximum temperatures will reach about 3 & winds will become SW fresh & perhaps strong this afternoon.
THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Still the risk of a few snow showers & still windy. Minimum temperature near to 0.
WEDNESDAY
A good deal of dry weather with some sunshine, but wih a continuing risk of a snow shower. Still rather windy & still feeling cold with a top value of around 3.
