HEADLINES @ 1830Hrs
It was a dry day, following the overnight snow showers & a frost. The maximum temperature struggled to only 2 & right now, it is around -2.  The radar is showing a wide belt of snow showers heading towards us, though there is always the chance that the amount of snow will reduce somewhat before it finally reaches us within the next hour or so.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
There is quite a high risk of some snow showers affecting our area during this evening, perhaps giving 2 or 3 cms of fresh snow. However, after that, the night should be mainly clear, with a widespread frost. Minimum around -3.

TUESDAY
After a frosty start with perhaps fresh snowfall, the day should become mainly dry with good spells of sunshine. Feeling cold throughout, with temperatures struggling to reach only around 1.
