SAT 25th APRIL

A WARM WELCOME TO PITLOCHRY WEATHER!

THE ONLY ONLINE WEATHER SERVICE WHERE THE OBSERVER LIVES & RECORDS IN PITLOCHRY

YESTERDAY. Well, at least gardeners must have been relieved to see rain at last on Friday evening
In fact, we all enjoyed something of a bonus yesterday--more than had been promised earlier in the week, with the thermometer up to 17.0 & generous amounts of sunshine.
Warmest(20.1)--Holbeach   Coldest(4.7)--Lerwick   Wettest(6.6mm)--Lerwick

TODAY  A slight covering of snow on Ben Vrackie!!  "Back to the usual rubbish"!!!  But, having
said that, much of today should be dry, with some sunshine & only a few showers around.
It will ,however, be much colder, with a force 3/4 NW wind & about 10 to 12 degrees lower
 than earlier this week.
At least take comfort from the fact that the sun is quite powerful now (as long as you are standing
in it, or behind glass!)  Not far off a frost tonight.
