TODAY'S FORECAST FOR PITLOCHRY
Dry, with broken cloud & some spells of sunshine. Feeling cold, but with light winds---just the day for a brisk walk or raking up some of the fallen leaves!   (  Ideal too, I suppose, for Bonfire Night!! )
MAX TEMP  6       WIND  NW2      OVERNIGHT MIN TEMP   close to freezing

THURSDAY
Very different, particularly so as it would seem Atlantic fronts may have speeded up somewhat.  The day may well dawn cloudy & after the odd spit or two of rain during the first half of the morning, things are likely to turn rather wet for the rest of the day & night, giving in excess of 25mm of rain by Friday morning.
