TODAY'S FORECAST FOR PITLOCHRY

A much milder night than recently, as low pressure & associated fronts spend the next couple of days close to Scotland. Despite the introduction of somewhat warmer air over the country, the weather will not be settled , overcast with a little rain for a time this morning, though improving before lunchtime. A period of dry weather is then likely, perhaps with the sun putting in intermittent appearances, but shower cloud will start to build up & inevitably there are likely to be a few showers around during the afternoon, even though some places may be lucky & miss the worst. The evening should become dry.
Max.Temp.  18 or 19 (feeling warmer, though more humid)   Winds   SE 2 or 3       Overnight   Mild again

FRIDAY---An unsettled day (though perhaps less so on the East Coast). Breezy from the S.

WEEKEND---Hopefully, a fair amount of dry weather, though generally, quite a lot of cloud around.
