An unsettled day,with low pressure close to W Scotland dictating the weather pattern.
The morning is likely to be rather cloudy with occasional rain or drizzle, though perhaps rather drier by lunchtime.  This afternoon is expected to see a few sunny intervals, but bands of quite heavy showers are likely across the region. Pitlochry would be lucky not to catch at least one or two, but rainfall amounts will vary within relatively short distances.  Most showers dying out before dark.
